The Town Council is seeking a capable individual to co-ordinate its Neighbourhood Plan preparation. We are looking for this position to start in spring 2016 and see us through the process of producing our Neighbourhood Plan by April 2019.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of project management and or local planning, be well organised, computer literate, an excellent communicator and have a flexible and positive attitude.
Flexible working hours will apply with a predicted average of 15 hours per week. The hourly rate is £12.05. The role will require some evening and weekend work and will be based in the Town Council Offices at Champions Manor Hall Community Centre in South Woodham Ferrers. Although an opportunity to work from home may be available.
